Dr. O’Brien, a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontist who has been practicing for the last 30 years. Dr. O’Brien is one of the only board certified prosthodontist who also is a Certified Dental Laboratory Technician in Wisconsin . He completed his General Practice and Prosthodontics Residency’s at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee after graduation from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He also earned a Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Dr. O’Brien completed his Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. O’Brien is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. He has had faculty appointments at Marquette University, Creighton University and the University of Alabama Birmingham, Hospital appointments at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI , Chicago, Il and Madison, WI. Dr. O’Brien has extensive experience lecturing and teaching prosthodontics.

Dr. O’Brien owns and operates his private practice and operates a Dental Laboratory; Prosthodontists Dental Laboratory.
